Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Code Kaarigari provides Shopify and frontend development services. For privacy requests, contact us through the form on the contact page.

2. Data we process

We may process the information you submit in forms, such as name, email, phone, project details, and career application details. We also process technical data needed for site security and reliability.

When you run a free store audit we record the scan. That means the store address you entered, what the audit found, and coarse technical details of the request such as the country and city it came from, its timezone and its browser language. We use this to improve the tool, to build anonymous benchmark averages across all the stores we have measured, and to tell genuine merchant enquiries apart from automated traffic. Your IP address is not stored. It is converted to a one-way value on arrival and discarded. We never publish a named store’s results.

3. Why we process data

We use your data to respond to inquiries, evaluate career applications, deliver requested services, maintain platform security, and improve site performance. Optional analytics are processed only after consent.

4. Legal bases

Depending on context, processing is based on consent, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in secure operations, or legal obligations. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time from Cookie Settings.

5. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) are disabled until explicit consent is given. For complete details, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, dispute handling, and legal record keeping.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, safeguards such as contractual protections are used.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
