Core Responsibilities
Build and customize Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes with reusable sections and blocks.
Implement pixel-perfect storefronts from Figma while preserving speed and accessibility.
Create conversion-driven landing pages and product templates for D2C brands.
Integrate third-party apps, review data flow, and reduce app conflicts in production themes.
Optimize Core Web Vitals with practical fixes across CSS, JS, and Liquid rendering.
Collaborate on sprint delivery with proactive communication and clear handover notes.
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of professional Shopify development experience.
Strong skills in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI systems.
Experience working with Git-based workflows and deployment discipline.
Solid understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility basics, and SEO-ready page structure.
Ability to debug storefront issues quickly across real devices and browsers.
Bonus If You Have
Hydrogen or headless commerce exposure.
Animation craft with GSAP or modern CSS techniques.
Experience building CRO experiments and A/B landing pages.
Previous agency or fast-cycle freelance delivery background.
